What We Do

Computers in Education Inc., operating as Pro-Core, has supported educators for more than twenty years by helping prepare students for State of Ohio achievement and end of course assessments. Building on this experience, Pro-Core focuses on supporting Ohio’s New Learning Standards.

Pro-Core delivers standards-aligned diagnostic assessments, that are prebuilt yet customizable, supported by a comprehensive reporting dashboard. These tools provide educators with actionable data to inform instruction, support targeted interventions, and monitor student progress throughout the school year.

The Pro-Core assessment model includes an early-year diagnostic assessment to support curriculum planning and goal setting, followed by short-cycle assessments to guide ongoing instruction. Interim and end-of-year assessments measure student progress and instructional effectiveness, helping schools determine whether students are on track to achieve proficiency.

Pro-Core has been an approved vendor for the State of Ohio since 2013.
