Pro-Core is a comprehensive learning system with more than 20 years of experience supporting student success on state achievement and graduation assessments. In response to updated Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requirements, Pro-Core provides multiple measures of High-Quality Student Data (HQSD) to support teacher evaluation and instructional decision-making.

State Learning Standards Assessments
Pro-Core provides two distinct measures of student achievement in mathematics, reading, science, and social studies for Grades 2–12.
Form Assessments (A, B, and C)
Three parallel assessments administered throughout the school year:
- Form A: Diagnostic pretest administered at the beginning of the year
- Form B: (optional): Formative assessment administered midyear
- Form C: End-of-year post-test providing valid student growth measures and teacher effectiveness data
These assessments follow state test blueprints and identify instructional strengths and areas for improvement to support long-term school and district goals.
Short Cycle Web Assessments (SCWA)
Administered throughout the school year, SCWAs include:
- Individual assessments for each learning standard
- Weekly progress reports
- Detailed formative data to support timely instructional interventions
- Constructed-response assessments with provided rubrics
High-Quality Student Data
Pro-Core meets all Ohio requirements for High-Quality Student Data and is an approved vendor across all 44 criteria. The system is designed specifically for Ohio Learning Standards, with a 98.8% alignment rating based on independent educator analysis.
